WOODSHIRE EMERSON PARK
The Emerson Park gated community project is located on the Whitefield-Sai Baba Ashram road. As the name suggests, the area has the serenity and tranquility one associates with woodlands and silent forests. We chose Whitefield because it’s a quiet, exclusive residential area with schools, malls, healthcare facilities, software parks, and places of business – all within a 10-15 minute drive.

34 homes have been laid out in two blocks making optimal use of the area without compromising on solitude or space. The living spaces of all the houses are located on an upper level, 8 feet above road level guaranteeing complete privacy from pedestrian traffic. Keeping the requirements of a modern family in mind, each home includes a private covered parking space on the ground level which is large enough to park two cars comfortably. Residents can enter their homes on the upper level through a private entrance and stairs.
Openness is an important aspect of our design and incorporates skylights and windows to provide as ambient light and cross-ventilation. Small landscaped spaces inside each home bring nature indoors and provide residents with mini green belts.
